Huaqiang Group Signed Agreement with Jingzhou Government to Build A Cultural Eco-Resort Together

Huaqiang Group, the mother company of Fantawild Holdings Inc., signed an outline agreement with Jingzhou Government to build a cultural eco-resort which is combined with theme parks, theme towns, smart community and holiday hotels in Ji Nan Eco Cultural Tourism District, Jingzhou on August 15, 2017. This resort covers approximately 433 hectare and its total investment is about USD 3.5 billion (equivalent with RMB 23 billion).

Upon the agreement, the two sides will build the second phase project-Road to Modern Era, the third phase project-Tomorrow’s China and the fourth phase project Jing Chu Culture Park, Buddhism Culture Park, Animation Town, smart community and etc., besides the first phase project Jingzhou Chinese Culture Heritage Park which is under construction since August of 2016. All these projects will take full advantage of high technologies such as AR, VR and artificial intelligence, integrate the local traditional stories with modern entertainment factors, to produce an eco-resort full of local culture.
