Fantawild’s New Move to Open the 1st Boonie Bears Hotel

On April 26, Fantawild’s 1^st Boonie Bears themed hotel had its grand opening in Binhai New District in the city of Tianjin. More than two hundred guests, including reporters from influential media outlets; officials from the municipal cultural and tourism department; the district government; and local party offices attended the opening ceremony and witnessed this monumental event.

After a lion dance performance and a drum dance, the host announced the ceremony to be officially underway at 10:30am. Liang Chunzao, deputy head of Binhai New District, made a speech,congratulating and acknowledging the new hotel’s contribution to the tourism industry of the new district.

Liu Daoqiang, President of Fantawild Holdings Inc., extended his warm welcome to the guests in attendance and gave his thanks to all the officials who supported the hotel; the construction workers; management and other staff. He said the new hotel was a big move for the well-known IP Boonie Bears after gaining popularity through animated TV shows and movies; stage performances;and merchandise. Fantawild hopes the hotel can bring visitors a new vacation experience and add more fun to theme park visits, ultimately contributing to the further development of the entertainment and tourism industry in Tianjin as well as in other places in China.

As an important step in the development of Tianjin Fantawild Tourism Resort, the new hotel adopts an advanced design concept, combining a modern businesslike style with elements from Boonie Bears. The hotel has many types of rooms including Boonie Bears themed family guestrooms and guestrooms with views of the park. It also has a garden restaurant, a banquet hall, a spa, and a multi-functional meeting roomin order to satisfy the various needs of guests. One visitor who checked in to the hotel at the day of opening said, “the hotel blends in its theme with its business functions perfectly. It’s right next to the theme park. One can manage business, vacation, and spend time with kids here.”
